Shipping & delivery options

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free shipping

We offer free Economy Shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping and Accompanying Fees

We offer standard shipping at the following rates:

- Standard delivery: 3 to 8 days

- Order under $50: Fix cost $10

- Order $50 and over: Free

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Time for shipping

Delivery time is dependent on the product ordered and the location of delivery. Approximate delivery is specified on the product details or will be shown at the check-out window.

The delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external factors.

Shipping methods and order tracking

Native Rock has multiple warehouses across the country. Orders always ship from the closest warehouse with stock available to the delivery address..

If you order multiple items, depending on availability, an order may ship from multiple locations, so our customers will receive multiple tracking numbers and packages. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order for each partial shipment.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after we receive your payment. Certain locations may be restricted to certain shipping methods, so please select the method available to you to ensure safe delivery.

We work with multiple shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to bring our customers the safest and fastest shipping experience.

Refused shipment

For shipments rejected for any reason other than shipping damage (does not apply to items damaged in storage) or shipping errors caused by Native Rock, you will be responsible for all shipping and applicable two-way charges.

Shipping changes fees (Address intercept)

If a request to change the delivery address is made after the package has shipped, the address blocking fee charged by the carrier will be charged to you. The fee amount varies by carrier and package destination. Note that not all carriers will accept address blocking changes. This policy complies with our security measures and agreements with third party shipping companies.

Providing incorrect shipping information may cause your order to be delayed to the desired destination or may be delivered to the original address.

Damaged shipments

Immediately upon receipt of your delivery, check the packaging for any damage or missing items. In the event of damage, please notify the delivery driver and Native Rock immediately.

Your order shows delivered but you don't have it

Check around your home for packages and ask anyone who may have witnessed a package delivery or may have taken it for safekeeping.

If you still cannot locate your delivery, contact your carrier to determine whether they can assist in locating your delivery, or at least confirm the identify the individual responsible for your package delivery, the specific time and day the package was delivered, and whether a specific location was logged for the delivery (e.g., back porch, leasing office).

Shipping disclaimer

There are some rare and unforeseen events that may affect shipping times. Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or the failure of our delivery partners can cause unexpected delays.

Some items may not be eligible to be delivered to all geographical locations. You will be notified of the restricted items at the check-out page or before that.
